  1. Training Services Terms & Conditions
    By booking or attending any course provided by The Training Tree Education Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), delegates and clients (“you”, “your”) agree to the below terms.

    1. Course Bookings
      • A booking is confirmed once a booking form or email is submitted and payment is received.
      • We reserve the right to reasonably update course content or scheduling.
    2. Payments
      • Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
      • Attendance is confirmed only after payment is completed.
    3. Cancellations & Refunds
      • 21+ days before: full refund
      • 21–7 days before: 50% refund
      • Under 7 days: non-refundable
        If we cancel a course, a full refund is provided (excluding travel/accommodation costs).
    4. Delegate Conduct
      We reserve the right to remove delegates for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
    5. Intellectual Property
      All training materials, slides, documents, and course structures remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed.
    6. Certification
      Certificates issued are Certificates of Attendance and not academic qualifications or regulated awards.
    7. Liability & Insurance
      • Training is provided for general professional development purposes only.
      • We do not guarantee promotions, employment outcomes, academic progression, or visa approvals.
      • Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid.
      • We are not liable for indirect or financial losses.
      • The Training Tree Education Ltd is fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance, in line with UK training-provider standards.
    8. Data Protection
      Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR duties. Marketing emails are optional and require explicit consent or soft opt-in.
    9. Governing Law
      All services are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  2. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer
    • The Training Tree Education Ltd is not a UKVI-licensed sponsor.
    • We do not issue Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or student visa documentation.
    • Our courses are short professional development programmes, not formal academic study.
    • Delegates must enter the UK under the correct Visitor Visa or Business Visitor Visa.
    • Booking confirmations are not valid for student visa applications.
  3. Insurance Coverage
    We maintain all legally required insurance for UK training providers, including:

    • Public Liability Insurance
    • Professional Indemnity Insurance

    Copies of insurance certificates are available upon request.

  4. Data Protection & Privacy
    We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is handled securely and used solely for:

    • Course administration
    • Communication about training
    • Issuing certificates
    • Optional marketing (with clear opt-out)

  5. Health & Safety
    All delegates must follow venue safety guidelines.
    We carry out risk assessments covering:

    • Fire safety & evacuation
    • Accessibility
    • Seating layout
    • Equipment setup
    • General room safety

    Delegates should notify us of any access or medical requirements in advance.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All training materials, presentations, written content, digital files, and course frameworks belong to The Training Tree Education Ltd.
    Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for:

    • Travel or accommodation expenses
    • Visa refusals or delays
    • Employment or academic outcomes
    • Loss of earnings or indirect damages

    Liability is capped at the total fee paid for the course.
